PTSA Scholarship Results

Elijah is the recipient of the first annual LASA PTSA Scholarship!
This scholarship is based on advocacy, academic achievement, and leadership qualities. Elijah showcased all of these in his application and we’re proud to support his continuing education.

Teacher Talent and Dance Winter Show
LASA Dance invites you to our annual Teacher Talent Show along with LASA Dance on Friday, December 5th. Doors open at 4:15p with showtime at 5:00p in the LASA Theatre.
In lieu of a ticket, choose either or both charities to donate to. QR codes/links available at our show with CREDIT CARD offered only.
- Charity 1: Central Texas Food Bank (CTFB) – provides hunger relief to our community. ALL of our JustGiving funds will go directly to CTFB.
*Food/ Supplies Drive: We will also accept non-perishable food & hygiene items. Please check their site for their most needed items! - Charity 2: Luv Michael – Employs & advocates for adults on the autism spectrum. 50% of the Luv Michael drive will support LASA Dance.

2025 Fall festival
Join LASA for our 2nd annual Fall Festival on Saturday, November 15, 2025 from 11a-3p! All proceeds help benefit various LASA programs.
Join us for a day of games, food, music, and prizes! There will also be LASA Recruitment and admission information for all prospective families.
Tickets are $1 each. Game prices may range from 1-5 tickets/per play, and food from 1-25 tickets. Tickets are sold in packs of 10, 25, and 50. NO CASH will be accepted.

PTSA Loves our Student Members
We really do! We believe in student membership so much that we offer discounted student membership rates when joining through our website.
Also, every year, LASA PTSA runs a contest to see which class will have the highest student membership. The race is on! Here’s the current student membership count:
- Class of 2028 – 53 members
- Class of 2029 – 47 members
- Class of 2027 – 39 members
- Class of 2026 – 32 members
It’s a close race! Spread the word and have your classmates join PTSA. Every membership counts. While you’re at it, have your parents join too!
LASA Dance Spooktacular Dance Clinic!
LASA Dance invites all Pre-K-11th grade dancers to join us for our Lil’ and Junior Spooktacular Dance Clinic hosted at LASA High School, on Monday, Oct. 20, 2025.
Students are welcome to stay for a full day from 8-4P for $75 or a half day from 8-12P for $40. Clinic attendees will learn Thriller themed choreography, enjoy team building activities, have arts and crafts time, and practice dance technique. All dancers staying for the full day need to pack a nut-free lunch as well.
Additionally, dance clinic students are invited to join Velocity and Dynasty dance teams at our annual Spooktacular Football halftime performance on Thursday, October 30 at Burger Stadium at 7:30PM!

- Hosted numerous Advocacy Workshops for our students
- Visited the Texas Capitol to advocate for Public Education during Rally Day and provided lunches to the students and faculty in attendance
- Advocated for the local neighborhood for parking issues
- Provided a light grab and go continental breakfast for the Classes of 2027 and 2028 during the first day of finals
- Provided donuts to the faculty and staff during the first day of finals
