Teacher Talent and Dance Winter Show

LASA Dance invites you to our annual Teacher Talent Show along with LASA Dance on Friday, December 5th. Doors open at 4:15p with showtime at 5:00p in the LASA Theatre.

In lieu of a ticket, choose either or both charities to donate to. QR codes/links available at our show with CREDIT CARD offered only.

  • Charity 1: Central Texas Food Bank (CTFB) – provides hunger relief to our community. ALL of our JustGiving funds will go directly to CTFB.
    *Food/ Supplies Drive: We will also accept non-perishable food & hygiene items. Please check their site for their most needed items!
  • Charity 2: Luv Michael – Employs & advocates for adults on the autism spectrum. 50% of the Luv Michael drive will support LASA Dance.

2025 Fall festival

Join LASA for our 2nd annual Fall Festival on Saturday, November 15, 2025 from 11a-3p! All proceeds help benefit various LASA programs.

Join us for a day of games, food, music, and prizes! There will also be LASA Recruitment and admission information for all prospective families.

Tickets are $1 each. Game prices may range from 1-5 tickets/per play, and food from 1-25 tickets. Tickets are sold in packs of 10, 25, and 50. NO CASH will be accepted.

The CONNECT-7 Masterclass: Your First Step into AI-Driven Innovation

Nov. 6th 6:30-7:30p

Introducing students to a practical framework for research-driven innovation. Students gain hands-on exposure to systematic research methods, AI-powered solution-building, and entrepreneurial thinking used to develop startup prototypes, competition pitches, and research publications. It also includes a live AI demonstration showing how to convert data into actionable insights – no coding background required. Participants will leave with a practical roadmap of the framework used for producing independent, evidence-based work that sets them apart in academic and professional environments.

5th Annual Halloween Costume Fashion Show help needed

The Raptor Library will be hosting it’s insanely popular Halloween Costume Fashion Show on Friday, 10/31, and Ms. Switek could use some help. Set up and clean up will entail moving lots of tables and chairs to create a “runway” and working the event itself could mean handing out candy to participants and signing them in.

2026 PFLASA Project Graduation Committee

Get the word out! — LASA Showcase is coming up on Thursday, Nov. 13th, 6-9pm

Spread the word! LASA Showcase will be on Thursday, November 13th from 6–8pm.

The event will be held at the LASA campus: 1012 Arthur Stiles Road, Austin, TX 78721.

Tell your friends and relatives, post to the social media group for your child’s middle school, and reach out to anyone you know with middle schoolers who might be interested. This is a fun and informative event for prospective students and parents, where they can come see fine arts performances, learn about classes, ask questions of current parents and students, get help with their application, and learn about sports, clubs, and other extracurricular activities.
