As we sit for virtual classes and meetings all day long, good posture is extremely important. Join this class to learn exercises to give some relief to the neck & back. This one hour class will teach you how to listen and connect to your body. Class is open to adults and children.
Yoga mat or a beach towel and a yoga strap or a regular belt
Please try to have a light meal an hour before the class if possible.
