LASA Dance/Yoga Teacher, Paige Edwards, Instructor
Ms. Edwards is the Dance and Yoga Instructor at LASA and she loves helping people tune inward, strengthen & stretch, and move towards feeling a sense of joy and calm.
Please make sure you have a water bottle, an open mind and heart, and a soft surface to move on. A towel or Yoga mat is suggested for the strength building, cool down, and meditation sections of class. If you have yoga blocks and/or a pillow nearby, this may also be used during parts of the class.
